What are your regular working hours?

We are open 9am-6pm on weekdays and 10am-5pm on Saturday.

Do you charge a flat rate or and hourly rate for your services? How is price determined?

We typically charge a flat rate so there are no surprises afterwards. Price is determined by the the amount of design hours needed along with external factors such as print costs, paper type, cutting preferences ect.

Do you offer discounts to companies who offer you exclusivity or place high volume orders?

Yes we do, for our VIP clients we offer very significant discounts and savings on all of their products. Please call us to discuss the details.

Do you offer any specials or savings throughout the year?

We have several promotions that run throughout the year, check out our website for details.

Do you offer any discounts or savings for large volume orders?

Yes the bigger your order the more discounts we can offer you. We are able to offer between 25%-50% off of printing costs based on the volume of the order.

Do I get to see a proof of any of my work before it is printed?

Yes if you require a proof we will provide this for you at no additional charge.

What method of payments do you accept?

We currently only accept cash or cheque although we will be setting up several other methods of payment shortly.

Do you offer payment plans for larger purchases?

Yes we offer several attractive payment plans for larger orders or purchases.

Does your company do web design work?

Yes, we are the sister company of The Calgary Web Design Network and are equipped to do any web design services you need.

Are we allowed to link to your website? Do you offer link exchanges?

Yes you are welcome to link to our website although we prefer to be notified in advance if possible. We do offer link exchanges or reciprocal linking with other companies, please e-mail us if interested.
